Karen has successfully trained horses and coached students to the FEI (Fédération Equestre Internationale) levels. Her exemplary record as a coach and trainer is complemented by her successful performances at National and International levels.

Karen is looking forward to a bright future with her current International level horses, London Z and Don Daquiri

  • Marcie Doyle, is a NCCP Level I Coach.
  • Miriam Grob, is credentialed in several recognized affiliations for vaulting including being an Equine Canada Level 1 Coach

The Pyramid of Training Classical Dressage is emphasized at Centre Line Stables - rhythm, suppleness, contact, impulsion, straightness and collection. The goal is to enhance harmony and balance between the horse and rider. The Training Scale contributes to your horse’s training if you visualize it as a pyramid, with Rhythm at the base, and every layer built upon the other. Some of the elements of the training scale are integrated together, such as ‘Relaxation’ being part of or leading to ‘Rhythm’, or ‘Looseness’ as a synonym for ‘Suppleness’.

At Centre Line Stables the philosophy is to treat each horse and rider as individuals and we also believe in offering some diversity to our clients, including pole and cavelletti work, lunge lessons and free jumping.
